BEFORE going to clinic all students must complete all the Safety and Certification Forms and Physical Forms located on the Health/Safety Forms Page.

In Addition you need to complete a Background Screening.

Also, you will need to turn in a current CPR card (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider).
Yes, we do offer CPR classes!

Paramedic Entrance Test Information

BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO THE TEST

$40.00 cash (test fee)
Two #2 Pencils with erasers
Simple Calculator (cell phones, computers, programmable calculators will not be allowed)
Copy of you driver's license
Copy of you current EMT-1 Card
Copy of your current healthcare provider CPR card

Please be advised:

 Applicants will be allowed only one entrance exam attempt per semester.
Exam space is reserved for those who secured their seat, with the Allied Health Department, prior to the entrance exam test date. All other applicants will be allowed to test based on seat availability.

    Please remember to bring A COMPLETED Application (along with all other materials) with you to your exam.
