	Coursey Enterprises Scholarship (our tote company) (1) $250.00 Fall scholarship & (1) Spring scholarship for 1st year semester RN students (1) $250.00 Fall semester & (1) Spring semester scholarship for LVN students. Must be a U.S. citizen, Submit Name, Address, Phone Number Submit School Name, Address, and Phone Number Write a 200 word essay on "Why I Want To Be A Nurse".
