Corporate and Community
Services at
Bakersfield College was created in 1991 to serve the special needs of business and
industry. Since that time, the center has been dedicated to the concept and practice of
providing performance-based services to our customers.
What do we mean
by "performance-based"?
We mean services that are designed to have real
impact on how well an organization does business, and ultimately, makes money. With a
proven full-time staff and the resources of Bakersfield College to draw upon, we are here
to help you meet your business goals.
We can accomplish this by providing the highest
quality, customized training you can find anywhere. We know, however, that training isn't
always the answer, or the only one. That's why we are a full-service organization that
also offers job skill assessment, bilingual training, funding assistance, performance
consulting, organizational development and many other services.
But the real
question isn't who we are, it's do you need us?
To answer that, see if any of these conditions
