Wal-Mart Assignment

Due: November 18th

Overview: The following assignment is designed to foster critical thought on the article called "Wal-Mart Watch: Low Prices at What Cost" which can be found here:

Assignment: Read the article and then discuss all three topics I list below. For each topic listed below, I expect you to provide an answer which does two things. Remember, you must complete the following steps for all three topics listed below.
1) First, you must quote, summarize, or paraphrase what you consider the most important part of this topic in the article.
2) Discuss your thoughts on it. Answer some questions such as: Is this good or bad? What impact do you think this is having on America? Do you think a corporation should do business this way?

**Assignment Requirements**

A) Each answer must include a direct quote or specific fact from the article as well as your response to that fact or quote.
B) You don't need to worry about MLA format or parenthetical citations here since we are all dealing with the same source.
C) Each answer for each topic must be a fully developed paragraph in length and mechanically accurate.
