Adaptive Fitness Programs
The overall Adaptive Fitness Program provides fundamentals of exercise physiology, instruction on proper nutrition and exercise training routines.
The following individual programs are also available:
Cardiovascular, heart-monitored weight-loss programs.
Strength training programs.
Stretching and flexibility programs.
Specialized programs for spinal injured (herniated disks, curvatures of the spine and spinal-posturing strength exercises).
Arthritis, bursitis, joint inflammation exercises.
Fibromyalgia exercise programs.
Diabetic exercise programs.
Adaptive Aquatics.

First Class starts 1/20/09 through 3/12/09.
Second class starts 3/17/09 through 5/14/09.
Both classes are Tuesday/Thursday and run from 11:10 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
