Degrees and Certificates

 

The Foods and Nutrition Program provides professional training for employment in the various sectors of the foodservice industry. The program includes an Associate of Science Degree in either Food Service Management or Child Nutrition management and a variety of certificate programs with emphasis in culinary arts, child nutrition management, and dietetic services. Courses are also offered in basic nutrition and clinical nutrition.

The Foods and Nutrition Program is in partnership with the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and is approved to offer the Professional Management Development Program. The Professional Management Development Program requires completion of eight courses selected from five key management areas: Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing and Operations.
