Course Objective:
The lab portion of physical geography is designed to provide a practical basis for material presented in Geography B1. Students work together in groups and individually to solve real-world problems with respect to mapping, weather and climate, and coordinate systems. Labs are one of the most effective means of teaching material, because they are more interactive and allow students to learn by doing, not just listening.
