CardioKickboxing Fitness - 1
A fat burning cardiovascular workout that uses skills from kickboxing combined with aerobic movement interspersed with strength training and short bouts of anaerobic activity. This course includes training with a partner and using equipment such as focus mitts and kicking posts. Hours: 36 participation. Repeat: 3. CCS: Liberal Arts and Sciences.
