Personal and Social ADjustment - 3
Theories and dynamics of normal and abnormal personality development. The study of frustration, threat, and conflict, and the reactions to stress through defense mechanisms and coping behavior. Failures of adjustment in the form of neurosis, psychosis, psychosomatic disorders, and character disorders are studied, and consideration is given to the basic methods of psychotherapy and behavior therapy.
